Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female subjects having Class I bimaxillary protrusion malocclusion with normodivergent growth pattern (FMA, 200-250),minimum crowding or spacing in maxillary and mandibular arches, and require all 1stpremolarextraction for the correction of her malocclusion.Presence of full complement of teeth except 3rd molars.Good oral hygiene (Probing depth

Exclusion criteria: History of previous orthodontic treatment, Subject who fails to maintain good oral hygiene during orthodontic treatment, Subjects with pregnancy, Subjects having any known syndrome or metabolic disorder affecting calcium and phosphate metabolism, Medication like NSAIDs, Lack of manual dexterity, Having medications for any systemic disease, Known blood disorder like thrombocytopenia, leukopenia etc.
