Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Freshly diagnosed patients of essential hypertension. 2. Elevated blood pressure and Stage 1 hypertension, 3. Systolic Blood pressure 121 â?? 159 mmHg, 4. Diastolic blood pressure 81 â?? 99 mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Freshly diagnosed patients of essential hypertension.2.Elevated blood pressure and Stage 1 hypertension,3.Systolic Blood pressure 121â??159 mmHg,4.Diastolic blood pressure 81 â?? 99 mmHg.5. Endocrinal disorders, 6. Taking oral contraceptives, 7. Hypertension associated with Target organ damage or any other complications, 8. Hypertension associated with pregnancy, 9. Hypertension associated with DM.

Reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure.Heart rate, Body mass index Reduction in following symptoms Kaphanubandhi symptoms: Shotha (edema), Tandra (drowsiness), Shwas (dyspnea), Shirogaurava (heaviness in head) and Gatraguruta (feeling of heaviness in body). Pittanubandhi Symptoms:Hriddrava (Palpitation), Shiroruja (throbbing headache), Hrillasa (nausea), Bhrama (dizziness) and Santapa (feeling of heat).On the scale of 0-3 grades Timepoint: 0,7th,14th,21st,and 28th day
