Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases: 1. Participants in the age group of 2-18 years with a confirmed diagnosis: 2. Atopic Dermatitis as per Hanifin and Rajka criteria. 3. Allergic Rhinitis/Asthma as per the ARIA guidelines 4. Childhood migraine as per the ICHD Edition 3 guideline, 5. FAPDs as per ROME IV criteria 6. Parents willing to provide written informed consent or older participants able to provide written assent. Controls: 1. Healthy participants in the age group of 2-18 years demographically matched to the cases. 2. Parents willing to provide written informed consent or older participants able to provide written assent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases: 1. Participants with neurological conditions that affects the gut motility, endocrine disorders including Type I DM, hypothyroidism, obesity. 2. History of any chronic illness Controls: 1. Participants with a family history of atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis/asthma, childhood migraine and FAPDS
