Intervention1: Jatamansi Phanta Sesame Oil Panchendriya Vardhan Taila : 80 ml once a day followed by shirodhara of 1 lit sesame oil and 5 nasal drops of panchendriya vardhan taila for 7 days Control

Inclusion criteria: Married working women having anxiety

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women suffering from any major psychiatric illness like schizophrenia, depression
