Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult traumatic brain injury patients admitted to AIIMS trauma center within 24 hours of injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. who present after 24 hours of injury 2. having eye injury or cataract in whom assessment of pupillary response is not possible 3. having cervical spine injury, moderate or severe abdominal and thoracic trauma. 4. having history of any psychiatric illness or psychological problem, alcoholics and drug addicts. 5. are sedated precluding the examiner from obtaining scores. 6. who receive mannitol before recording of scores.
