Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postoperative neurosurgical patients with history of traumatic head injury patients admitted in CCU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe respiratory disease Hemodynamically unstable patients Brainstem lesions Cervical spine injury Renal failure Smoker Pregnant women Obesity BMI more than 30 Heart failure Ejection fraction less than 45% Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
