Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject clinically diagnosed as chronic nonspecific low back pain of all genders of the age group between 20 to 40 years. Who having score from 27-40 on Perceived Stress Scale. Subjects who are not involved in any form of physical exercises regularly. Subjects willing to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with specific low back pain. Who are taking analgesic medicine. Referred pain or neurological involvement in the lower limbs. Any neurological disorder, Respiratory disorder, Cardiac disorder etc. Any history of recent trauma, surgery within the last 3 months. Have a hydrophobia. Have a physical disabilities.
