Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Primi gravida with gestational age 36 - 42 weeks 2.Primi gravida only with spontaneous labor. 3.Primi gravida with foetus in normal presentation (Vertex) 4.Primi gravida with single foetus. 5.Primi gravida with 4 cm cervical dilatation. 6.Primi gravida with female birth companion who will be attending training session.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i.Primi parturient with any chronic disease (DM, HTN) or has been developed in pregnancy. ii.Primi parturient with any other complication to her or to her baby iii.Primi parturient who develops complications at the time of delivery iv.Primi parturient with epidural analgesia.
