Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Elevation of expression of RANKL and OPG in gingival crevicular fluid distal to canines on experimental and control side, prior to premolar extraction(T0), after 4 weeks after premolars extraction (T1), 8-weeks (T2), 12-weeks (T3) and 16-weeks (T4) after premolar extraction.Timepoint: RANKL and OPG in GCF will be estimated at an interval of 4 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Accleration of orthodontic tooth movementTimepoint: prior to premolar extraction(T0), after 4 weeks after premolars extraction (T1), 8-weeks (T2), 12-weeks (T3) and 16-weeks (T4) after premolar extraction.
