Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I ,II and III Patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA IV and V Infection at the back Septicemia Coagulopathy (INR >1.35, Platelets Liver dysfunction ( >Child A status) Renal failure (Sr.Creatinine >2mg/dl) Cardiac failure (NYHA >3) Patients not willing to participate in the study Patients not willing for spinal anaesthesia

To find the incidence of hypotension in the preloading and coloading groups in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate under spinal anaesthesia.Timepoint: Baseline, 1min, 3min, 5min, 7min, 9min, 11min, 13min, 15min, 20min, 25min, 30min.

To find out vasopressor requirement in the first 30 minutes after spinal anesthesia Timepoint: Baseline, 1min, 3min, 5min, 7min, 9min, 11min, 13min, 15min, 20min, 25min, 30min.;To know the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the first 30 minutes after spinal anesthesiaTimepoint: Baseline, 1min, 3min, 5min, 7min, 9min, 11min, 13min, 15min, 20min, 25min, 30min.;To observe the incidence of bradycardia in the first 30 minutes after spinal anesthesia.
