Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Apparently Healthy subjects will be recruited. 2.Subjects of both sexes aged more than 15 years old. 3.Willing and able to provide written informed consent prior to performing study procedures by the subject or legal guardian willing and able to provide written informed consent prior to performing study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects having less than 15 years of age 2.Critical co-morbidities.
