Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing to take part in this study Pregnancy or Lactating mother

Association of psoriasis with either hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism or autoimmune disease.Timepoint: To estimate the thyroid profile(T3,T4,TSH) and thyroperoxidase antibody levels in patients with psoriasis at the time of presentation in OPD

To derive the association of psoriasis with either hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism and to study the co-relation of thyroid hormones(T3,T4,TSH) and antibody(TPO) levels with PASI(Psoriasis area and severity index) scoreTimepoint: At the time of presentation
