Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women of age <65 years with IIIrd degree uterovaginal prolapse undergoing vaginal hysterectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemoglobin less than 10gm/dl. History of medical disorder like hypertension, COPD, migraine, epilepsy hepatic and renal disease. Known case of coagulopathy. history of previous pelvic surgery
