Inclusion criteria: 1. Has completed at least 4 weeks since hospital discharge/ RT-PCR negativity 2. Able to be contacted telephonically and provides verbal consent for evaluation as per study protocol

Exclusion criteria: Patients not providing consent for participation in the study
