Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic SCI patients. 2. Patient with documented history of neurologically stable SCI � 1 year. 3. Age between 20 to 50 years. 4. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with history of received testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). 2. Acute medical or surgical illness. 3. Non cooperative patients. 4. Complete quadriplegia. 5. Communication or cognitive disorders (mental retardation, organic mental disorder) that can affect the validity of his responses at the questionnaires.
