Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Number of patients with endothelial dysfunction preceding severe COVID related diseaseTimepoint: 2 months from disease onset

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Difference in endothelial dysfunction at start of severe disease and recovery from severe disease at two weeks .Timepoint: 2 weeks after clinical recovery and becoming COVID negative;Frequency of endothelial dysfunction in patients with mild diseaseTimepoint: 14 days from disease onset;Frequency of endothelial dysfunction beyond 8 day of illnessTimepoint: 8 days of illness to 2 months;Frequency of endothelial dysfunction from 4 to 8 day of illnessTimepoint: 4 to 8 days of illness;Frequency of endothelial dysfunction from disease onset to first 4 days Timepoint: 4 days of disease onset;Frequency of endothelial dysfunction in patients with severe disease : hypoxia , acute respiratory distress syndrome, vascular complication like pulmonary embolism , deep vein thrombosis , myocardial infarction , thrombotic stroke or other thrombotic complications.Timepoint: 2 month from disease onset
