Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Breast cancer with tumour of size less than or equal to 4cm 2. Age >18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumour size > 4cm 2. Skin or chest wall involved 3. Metastatic disease 4. Multicentric disease
