Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with singleton pregnancy with spontaneous onset of labor or PPROM between 26 to 36weeks of period of gestation and delivered either by cesarean section or vaginal delivery .Women who underwent uncomplicated termdelivery either vaginally or through C Section
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with known pre-existing risk factor for preterm delivery like multiple pregnancy, polyhydramnios, documented intrauterine infection prior to onset of preterm labor or maternal/fetal indication for iatrogenic preterm delivery
