Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients for unilateral Primary Hip Arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Revision Hip surgery, 2. Neuropathic hip joint, 3. Symptomatic spine disease, 4. Neuromuscular disorder, 5. History of allergy to Local anaesthetic, 6. Infection at the site of injection , 7. Coagulopathy, 8. Patients requiring Adductor tenotomy
