Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: american society of anesthesiologist grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to study drug 2. Reduced systolic function with Ejection fraction grade one and valvular heart disease 3. Pregnancy as disclosed by the patient, 4. History of psychosis, 5. Raised liver enzymes more than 3 times the normal value, 6. Symptoms of raised intracranial pressure(head ache and projectile vomiting), 7. History of seizures, 8. chronic renal failure defined as Serum creatinine >2, 9. History of bronchial asthma. 10. Breast surgeries other than unilateral MRM 11. Patients with chronic pain (duration >6 months)
