Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA 1. The willingness of the patients is taken into consideration. 2. Subjects who are diagnosed with chronic mechanical neck pain. 3. The age group should be between 20-35 years in both genders. 4. Patients should not be involved in any physical therapy program. 5. Subjects who have painless than or equal to 5 on VAS. Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are under medication like muscle relaxants and NSAIDs. 2. Patients who are taking any other physical activity program. 3. Significant or unstable cardiac, vascular, or psychological. 4. Radicular pain with nerve root involvement symptoms. 5. History of trauma or surgery of the spine. 6. Inflammatory disease of the spine. 7. Cervicogenic headache.

Exclusion criteria
