Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of isolated Miller Class I, Class II recession Labial/Buccal recession on Incisors, Canines and Premolars in right and/ or left, Maxillary or Mandible jaw Lateral keratinized tissue width at least 6 mm more than the width of the recession measured at the level of the cemento-enamel junction (CEJ) of adjacent tooth/teeth and lateral keratinized tissue height at least 2 mm more than the buccal probing depth of the adjacent tooth/teeth, Presence of identifiable CEJ; presence of a step No occlusal interferences. Absence of abnormal frenum.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with compromised immune system and suffering from any systemic disease that would influence wound healing Patients on anticoagulants and/or with blood diseases. Pregnant or lactating mother. Patients with malocclusion and undergoing ortho treatment.

Probing depth (PD) Clinical attachment loss (CAL). Width of keratinized gingiva (WKT). Gingival Recession depth (RD). Gingival Recession width (RW). Timepoint: Evaluation of parameters (PD, CAL, WKT, RD and RW) will be done at baseline, 3 months and 6 months.
