Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers of 18 to 60 years of age registered in Shalakayatantra OPD of KLE Ayurveda hospital of either sex and irrespective of their occupation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who has history of epistaxis, or recent nasal surgeries
