Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who were clinically diagnosed by ENT surgeon with chronic sinusitis. 2. Subjects having sinusitis for three months or more. (frontal and maxillary sinus) 3. Between 18-45 years of age. 4.Presence of either two or more major symptoms, or one major plus two minor symptoms of sinusitis according to the task force diagnosis. 5. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects having any history of space occupying lesions or malignancy. 2. Having involvement of >= 2 sinus area. 3. Taking any medications for sinusitis. 4. Performing either yoga or pranayama since a month. 5.Who are radiologically diagnosed with nasal polyp with sinusitis. 6. Having any neurological or cognitive deficits. 7. Subjects having any skin allergies or skin diseases.
