Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers and obese individuals between the age group of 20-50 years 2. Patients that are fit to undergo bhaspa sweda 3. Pre obese- BMI 25.0â??29.9 4. Obese class 1 BMI 30.0â??34.9 individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obesity class 2 BMI 35.0â??39.9 2. Obesity class 3 BMI >= 40.0 3. Patients having Pitta prakruti or suffering from pittaja vikaras. 4. Subjects below 20 years and above 60 years
