Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (18 to 65) patients with upper or lower extremity musculoskeletal injuries 2.Pain score of more than 5 in NRS 3.Able to consent and actively participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2.Coagulopathy 3.Head injury patients 4.Confirmed nerve injury on examination 5.Extremity injury involving more than one limb 6.Any history of allergy to local anaesthetic agents 7. Inadequate block/faded block 8.Seizure disorder 9.Dementia 10.Pregnancy
