Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with LAHNC stage-3,4,Mo disease. Patients with proven histology of Squamous cell carcinoma. ECOG-0-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy. ECOG-3&4. Patients with metastatic disease.
