Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients scheduled for elective valve replacement or CABG

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe pulmonary hypertension , severe hepatic or renal dysfunction , morbid obesity and those with left main coronary artery disease
