Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I or II participants 2. Have previous experience of wearing N95 FFR 3. Performing routine duties >6 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA 3 and above 2. Smokers 3. Obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m 2 ) 4. Pregnancy 5. Pulmonary disease like COPD, asthma

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Analyze the change in venous blood CO2 levels with use of N95 respirator at 2 and 6 hours compared from baseline 2. Compare the changes in Heart rate, Blood pressure, Oxygen Saturation, respiratory rate at baseline ,2 hour and 6 hour intervals during the use of these respiratorsTimepoint: Baseline 2 and 6 hours after wearing the N95 respirator

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To assess subjective symptoms if any like headache, dizziness, shortness of breath etc during its use 2. To assess the discomfort level associated with its use in health care workers using Visual Analogue Scale 3. Compare changes in other blood gas values like bicarbonate, pH at baseline , 2 hours and 6 hours during the use of N95 respiratorsTimepoint: Baseline 2 and 6 hours after wearing the N95 respirator
