Intervention1: Nimbadi Arka: Nimbadi Arka will be used in quantity sufficient dose(Mouthful) gargling in for a period of 7days Control Intervention1: Tankana Bhasmasiddhajala: Tankana Bhasma in water

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Tundikeri 18 to 60 years of all age group irrespective of sex,occupation,religion will be included chronicity less than 2 year(H/O started attacks,NO of attacks per year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: associated with Peri tonsillar abscess,Tonsillar cyst,Tonsillolith etc specific systemic infections likeTuberculosis,Leprosy Uncontrolled Hypertension,Diabetes Mellitus etc conditions with high fever and chills
