Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Extubated Organophosphorus Poisoning Patients 2.Both male and female participants 3.Age between 20 to 65 years 4.Ready to give written informed consent from the patient or relatives

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants who were haemodynamically unstable 2.Chronic debilitating conditions, rib fractures, thoracic vertebra fracture, acute pleuritic chest pain.
