Intervention1: Vaman karma followed by Navakarshika Guggulu: In group A patients will be given deepana pachana with trikatu churna 3-5 gms BDS for 2-5 days followed by Snehapana with goghrita for 3-7

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Sheetapitta 2)Patients fit for Vaman and Virechana Karma. 3)Age between 18 to 60 years of either sex 4)Patients willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having age less than 18 years and above 60 years. 2)Patients having serious Cardiac, Renal or Hepatic diseases. 3)Type 1 diabetes mellitus 4)Diseases like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Hypothyroidism and Cushingâ??s syndrome or other endocrine or systemic illness. 5)Pregnant and lactating women. 6)Patients unfit for Vamana & Virechana therapy
