Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Children aged less than or equal to 18 years with malignancy and chemotherapy induced high risk febrile neutropenia 2) Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unavailability of group specific granulocyte in blood bank 2) Children on palliative care 3) Patients undergoing Hematopoietic stem cell transplant 4) Children on recovering phase of illness
