Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female adults within the age group of 29-45 years of age. 2. Medically diagnosed hyperlipidemia cases who are diagnosed in the last one month with total cholesterol within a range between 180 200 mg/dl. 3. The candidates who have not been put on statins. 4. The candidates should be willing to undergo the research. 5. Non smokers or those who have not smoked for the past 6 months. 6. Non alcoholic or those who consume alcohol not more than 3 â?? 4 times a month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adults with recent history of diabetes. 2. Adults who have other cardiovascular diseases along hyperlipidemia 3. Adults who have any malignant disease. 4. Adults with hesitation for trying or modifying any change.
