Inclusion criteria: Subjects with primary hypothyroidism willing to participate in the study Diagnosed case of hypothyroidism with TSH : >4.5mlU/L T4:

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes Mellitus Neuropathy Radiculopathy Fracture of Upper Limb Chronic diseases such as rheumatic, cardiovascular and neuromuscular disease. Used medications such as pregabalin, gabapentin or statin. Polycystic ovarian disease
