Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary caregivers of the patients with major mental disorder. Primary caregiver who never cared or encountered for any patient receiving electroconvulsive therapy. Educated above the 5th standard of primary school & able to read and write English/ Odia Primary caregivers are free from any psychiatric disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Un willing to participate. Primary caregivers with hearing and speech impaired.
