Inclusion criteria: 1 TSH levels 0.1 -4 mIU/L 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: â?? History of thyroid disorder â?? Medications for hypo/hyperthyroidism â?? Presence of goiter â?? Overt diabetes mellitus â?? Chronic hypertension

MeasureTime frame
. To compare pregnancy outcome between subclinical hypothyroidism (TSH between levels 2.5 - 4 mIU/L ) and euthyroid women . Timepoint: baseline,on admission for pregnancy related complications or during labour , after delivery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To find out the proportion of women with subclinical hypothyroidism having thyroid peroxidase antibodies. 2.To compare the pregnancy outcome between thyroid peroxidase antibodies positive and negative groups in women with subclinical hypothyroidism (TSH levels between 2.5 -4 mIU/L). Timepoint: baseline, after delivery
