Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community dwelling elderly 2. Age group- 60 to 75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active musculoskeletal problem which involves lower limb 2. Pain/Neurological symptoms involving lower limb leading to balance impairment 3. Trauma/ injuries to lower limb within past 6 months. 4. Psychosomatic disorder 5. Cognitive impairment 6. Gait or balance deficit requiring use of assistive device. Vestibular impairment 7. Visual impairment- blindness; deafness 8. Depression
