Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Biopsy confirmed cases of any carcinoma at any stage 2 Willing to take chemotherapy along with Rasayana therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient taking radiotherapy 2 Patients taking any other treatment besides chemotherapy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess heamatological toxicities -anemia, Neutropenia and thrombocytopenia etc using heamogram assessmentTimepoint: at baseline ( 1 day before chemotherapy)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To assess chemotherapy symptom assessment scale score 2. To assess adverse drug reactions using CTCAE v 5 and 3.To asess quality of life and Physical performance status by using Fact G and ECOG measuring tool Timepoint: pre ( at 1 day before) and post ( at 1 day before of next schedule of each chemotherapy cycle)
