Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients between 18 to 60 years of age with molar having class I defect (G.V. Black) which require primary endodontic treatment will be included in the study. 2. The tooth where the evaluation of the healing of periapical lesion is needed before proceeding with full coverage restoration. 3. A written informed consent will be taken from all the patients and only those patients ready to sign the consent form will be included. 4. The adjacent tooth should be present.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor oral hygiene, severe or chronic periodontitis will be excluded. 2. Teeth with open apex, external or internal resorption, fractured or visibly cracked teeth will be excluded. 3. Presence of Parafunctional habits, severe attrition, malocclusion, tooth serving as an abutment will be excluded. 4. Patients whose teeth showed severe internal discoloration (tetracycline stains fluorosis), smokers 5. Teeth having a remaining cavity wall thickness 6. Patients having Opposing Ceramic full crown restoration and Absence of opposing tooth will be excluded. ââ?¬Æ?
