Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Any consenting adults more than the age of 18 undergoing lumbar epidural as a part of their anaesthetic procedure and if its working too can be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years 2. Not consenting for study enrollment 3. Obvious spinal deformity 4. Previous spinal surgery 5. Spinal trauma 6. Local mass 7. Patients with inadequate epidural block 8. Paramedian approach 9. Pregnancy
