Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient suffering from Bhagandar will be taken. Patient of Bhagandar those medically fit for surgery irrespective of either sex, caste, occupation and religion will be included randomly. Simple anal fistula with palpable induration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Any Systemic disease like Hypertension, DM, Tuberculosis, HIV, HBsAg. 2-IBD, Any malignancy. 3- Pregnancy. 4- Rectal prolapse, Complex Fistula
