Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with class 1/ grade 1 gold classification of COPD. -Patients who are willing to participate in the study. -age group of 30-55 years -Patients who are available during the period and data collection. -Both male and female patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders, and any other cardio respiratory disorders. Patients who has critical condition. Patients who are previously trained.
