Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Atraumatic AVN of femoral head (Stage 1, 2 Ficat & Arlet)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Traumatic AVN AVN in advanced post collapse stages. Not willing to participate Age 50 years

MeasureTime frame
Functional outcome (pain score and modified Harris Hip Score) and radiological outcome(failure: worsening of AVN stage or conversion to hip replacement)Timepoint: Functional outcome (pain score and modified Harris Hip Score) at 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years. Radiological outcome(failure: worsening of AVN stage or conversion to hip replacement)will be measured at 1 year and 2 years.
