Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of various etiologies admitted in Intensive Care Unit of IGIMS, Patna.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal by the patient, Coagulopathy, Infection at the site of procedure.

MeasureTime frame
To compare the efficacy and safety of percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy with Ultrasound or bronchoscopic guided tracheostomy.Timepoint: Immediately after the study, number of punctures, success rate at the first entry, total time taken in procedure will be recorded.—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To observe and record complication associated with the procedure.Timepoint: Complications will be recorded immediately after the procedure.—
