Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate in study Patients will be selected irrespective of chronicity Patients with Pratyatma Lakshana of Vatakantaka Vyadhi that is pain in plantar aspect of heel and tenderness and stiffness of plantar region IPD and OPD patients of hospital in the institution All patients having pain and restricted movements at ankle joint in presence of normal plain radiograph Cooperative patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non cooperative patients. Anarhas of agnikarma mentioned in classics. Patients having uncontrolled DM,HTN or any severe systemic diseases. Calcaneal stress fracture. Patients clinically assessed with impaired circulation to lower extremities. Patients with referred pain due to sciatica and other neurological disorders. Bleeding disorders. Those patients who need other emergency interventions like surgery and other means are excluded. HIV,HBsAg reactive patients are also excluded. Malignant and immuno-compromised patients are also excluded.
