Intervention1: Pachanarupi Langhana with Panchakolyukta Kulattha Yusha with Singhanada Guggulu: Pachanarupi Langhana with Panchakolyukta Kulattha Yusha 200ml, twice a day for 7days with Singhanada Gug

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of both Aamavata and Rheumatoid arthritis. Patients between age group of 25 to 50 years. The patient having history of the disease for about not more than 2 years and having acute attack in last 15 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disease duration more than 2year Severe deformities Severe ankylosed joints Patients who are steroid dependent Alpa bala and alpa satva patients Patients suffering from other systematic diseases like diabetic melliitus/hepatic/renal/cardiac illness Pregnant and lactating woman
