Interventions

Intervention1: Spinal Anaesthesia: Spinal anaesthesia in elderly patients undergoing lower abdominal surgeries will recieve spinal anaesthesia 2ml of 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine and 20mcg of fentanyl

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA I and II undergoing elective lower abdominal surgery with written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal Patient with significant cardiac respiratory hepatic renal endocrine neurologic disorders Infection at the procedure site Bleeding disorder Allergic reaction to the study drugs Patients with spinal deformities previous spinal surgeries Patients on tranquilizers hypnotics sedatives and other psychotropic drugs
