Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Not involved in any part of any form of exercise training in the past 6 months 2. Who had never sustained hamstring and quadriceps injury 3. Who perform plank test for less than 15 seconds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any history of recent trauma, surgery in past 6 months 2. Breathlessness during physical activity 3. Diagnosed medical conditions 4. Physical disabilities and pregnancy
