Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years 2. Proven Covid 19 patient by RT PCR assay

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected Covid 19 patient but negative report on RT-PCR testing. 2. 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding females
